Description
The Dagda, the Good God, chief of the Tuatha dé Danann
Highly skilled and wise beyond measure, he was not only the god of life and death, but of seasons, agriculture, fertility, magic, and druidry as well. He wielded three sacred treasures: a cauldron of plenty, a club of life and death, and a harp that controlled men and seasons.
Wise, witty, and wily he played a key role in many of the battles of The Tuatha dé Danann of which were intricately woven in the legends of The Morrigan, including the sacred meeting of the two every Samhain by the river Unshin.
