Flux

Description

I loved doing this painting for the oracle deck. It gave me the opportunity to really focus on the shifting aspects of The Morrigan. In one meditative session I came the closest I ever have to experience change of state. I enter into the Blackthorn Castle, this is a sacred space introduced to me by a West Country wise woman in 2022. In the space between thorns and spears of Straif potential shimmered at the edge of my vision, it was a place of flux and possibilities, the dance between potential and reality. It is the time before a decision is made a choice taken and the form shifts and solidifies. In the midst of the swirling changing mass she smiles at me knowingly and tells me “Choose wisely”.
