If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

For any digital art downloads, once you have accessed or downloaded the file, you waive your right to cancel the order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you experience an issue accessing the file, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it promptly.
