1. Overview

We want you to love your art as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your rights and how to return or cancel your order.

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Returns eligibility

You have the right to cancel or return most physical items within 14 days of receiving your order, for a full refund (excluding delivery costs unless the item is faulty).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-returnable items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised art prints — made specifically to your order.
  • Digital downloads — once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products not suitable for return due to their nature.

However, if a custom or digital product is faulty or incorrect, we will of course replace or refund it — see section 6 below.

4. How to return an item

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at policy@nomeart.com to request a return authorisation.
  2. Package your item securely and include your name, order number, and reason for return.
  3. Return the item to: We will send you return address details once email received.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

6. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask for photos of the damage or error to help us resolve the issue quickly. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by emailing policy@nomeart.com.

If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period by returning the item to us once received.

Custom or personalised artwork cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

8. Digital downloads

By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge that once the file has been downloaded or accessed, you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If you experience a problem accessing your digital file, please contact us and we’ll provide a replacement download link as soon as possible.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
